First Sign of Progress

As part of my workout I walk up and down four flights of stairs at the end of my main cardio workout for about 10-15 min. I noticed today I was feeling a little different, then it dawned on me I was not using the hand rails at all. It made me feel real good inside. emoticon

    It is so fun to have those 'ah-ha!' moments. You will have more. Mine was when I could walk up my driveway and not be out of breath. Loved it!!
