4) How am I doing day by day?

I'm doing better now that I'm finally over my illness. I have my energy back. I
was happy that I was able to get some exercise in while I was sick. I am doing my Insanity and mixing up my workouts..with Zumba.

I like to change it up so it won't drive me insane. I like being the team leader of the ~Insanity & The Asylum Insaniacs sparkteam...
... that motivates me to keep going and get the encouragement from others on the program as well. I like cheering people on. emoticon I'm excited about my weight loss and I enjoy being a part of challenges like the Winter to Spring 5% challenge and being part of the Starfish team. ...Let's go TEAM!!!!!! emoticon

One of these days I'm going to get to a Zumba class at the gym. It looks like a blast!
