First Day

Good first day. I ate what I wanted (with a little bit of judgment thrown in) and I stayed within my targeted calories. This is great because I'm not really counting calories. I eat what I want and then I enter it (truthfully!) into my planner to see how bad my decisions are to my overall goals. Today, my decisions were good. emoticon
