Water Weight?!?!

It has been almost 2 weeks since I changed my lifestyle...eating right, exercising. I feel like I've accomplished a lot in such a short time (I am down 5 lbs!). And while I know that I shouldn't be weighing myself everyday.. I am. That's just how I roll :) The disappointing factor is that I was down 6 lbs and as of this morning, I am up 1 lb. I KNOW this is probably water weight, or possibly even muscle that I've gained at the gym. It's just not fun to see a gain. I'm not discouraged at all and in fact it gives me motivation to work my butt off later at the gym. So I'm not going to binge or give up my stamina for this weight loss journey, I'll just keep truckin' and hope that the 1 lb will come off tomorrow.

    give that 1lb a couple days and you'll see you're down 3 more. emoticon
