I have a very weak upper back, so I can only be up 'n' att'em for a while and have to take a break of a few minutes to continue. I am hoping with the commitment to exercising and stretching more and the healthy eating (also more sleep) may strengthen my back so it's not so painful after being up and working.

Anyone else have or has had this problem with their back and did they find a solution to it? Any comments appreciated. Thanks emoticon emoticon

I am hopeful for you too that the strength exercises will help with your back. I don't have the upper back issues but I certainly had other issues and as my muscles (support system) has strengthened I have less trouble with pains and soreness etc.
Just ensure that when you are doing the exercise and stretching moves that you are doing them correctly. I wouldn't want to see you do more damage.

Yes, I suffer from upper back pain, too after standing for a while, especially when working in the kitchen.
I find a coldpack works best, sometimes along with a pain pill.
If exercise works for you, let us know what kind.
