I have a very weak upper back, so I can only be up 'n' att'em for a while and have to take a break of a few minutes to continue. I am hoping with the commitment to exercising and stretching more and the healthy eating (also more sleep) may strengthen my back so it's not so painful after being up and working.
Anyone else have or has had this problem with their back and did they find a solution to it? Any comments appreciated. Thanks
