You know when I lose weight???
I do- Its when I am consistently tracking on SP.
Its when I make it a goal to get 50 Sparkpoints a day!
Its when I track every piece of food I put into my body!
Its when I track my workouts!
Its when I walk at lunch and then really workout after work!
Its when I am making good Food Decisions!
Thats what March is about- Getting me ready for SPRING/SUMMER
Many of you are already into your spring- we just got dumped on with more snow!
My friend commented on FB yesterday that on March 15th last year she was out on the river! thats a week away, and we are currently in the biggest snow storm of our season. Sucky huh! Its not going to be too bad- just a lot of snow but we can handle that here in IA. Dad drove me to work and I will be getting a great workout Shoveling tonight!
Back to March Tracking/and Exercice
I like to keep my calories around 1200-1500. But in the summer it is a huge goal of mine to keep my sodium down. I know when I track this I feel less bloated and basically a WHOLE lot better it really makes a difference. I was eating soo much sodium before adding salt to meals too= EEK I do not touch added salt anymore.
As for workouts I will be walking over lunch. Running after work 3 days and then doing BR 5-6 days a week. On the days I go home and do BR first once it gets nice I will probably add a long hilly walk or another outside jog.
This Month I have also decided to add a new HIIT Core each week that I do as a HIIT Bonus
This week it is HIITABS 1
Planks with Sliders
1) Plank slide feet front
2) Plank slide feet to the side (Like a side plank) =HARD
3) Plank slide around the world. (Bring feet up and then out and around)
I am only doing 2 rounds of 50 seconds-But I will be doing this everyday as a bonus!
