I usually pick up a piece of cake from from the cafeteria @ work daily, but I resisted 6 of 7 days 1200 calories saved
I also usually have a candy bar(hersheys with almond) daily in the evening but I had only one on saturday 1260 calories saved
I only actually craved fast food twice this week , I resisted once which would have been a burger and fries 700 calories saved
For a total of 3160 calories that almost equals a pound I would have to burn off If I had given in.
So now for a tally of my weaknesses, I gave in to jets pizza on Saturday (2) slices @ both lunch and dinner 1200
2 mini carrot cupcakes 160 on Sunday
1 slice birthday cake on sunday 300
for a weekly junk food total of 1660 calories
If I had not challenged myself I probably would have eaten a grand total of 4,820 calories worth of junk food in a week. Wow!!! I guess now I have a clearer picture of how those pounds just seem to kept piling on. It will definately make me more aware of those temptations!!!
