For breakfast I had this tropical smoothie. I guess that's what I would call it seeing as I bought the fruit in a container saying it was tropical fruit. It had a few pieces of the following fruit; mango, honeydew, cantaloupe, and kiwi. I blended that all together and then added a 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt. Then blended some more. It was good but the after taste it left in my mouth was pretty dang nasty to say in the least. I don't think I will try that again for a good long time because the after taste was so bad. On the up side it had less than 200 calories.
