Today, I am trying to eat two scrambled eggs and toast before I go to work. I already started getting morning sickness and nausea. The problem is that at work, I am getting hungry at weird times, but have to find that fine balance of eating a little bit before I have to run to the bathroom. Yesterday, I ate two small dinners and drank juice. It helped a lot.
I also gave myself a partial day off yesterday and only did 30 minutes of cardio. I needed to sleep, and thankfully didn't wake up in the middle of the night to watch T.V. Today, I am starting off with 30 minutes of cardio and hopefully going to the gym tonight.
Anyway, today I go to the midwife to check that everything is O.K. That's the problem with these things; you can't get your hopes up too much, no matter what month it is, but you also can't be an idiot and make poor choices. Luckily, my husband is supporting all my food choices including the push for organics and if possible local produce. We needed to eat like this anyway. It's too bad he can't carry me to the bike. J/K
