Stress is not a team player!

Stressful days sure do put a wrench in things! Yesterday, I got so wrapped up in what was going on at the moment ( I won't bore you with the mini crisis) that I didn't walk at lunch. I have the most wonderful walking path with all kinds of hills and trees and scenery and I let someone take that away from me yesterday. Then I ended up driving all over Northern Virginia to solve my little crisis and ended up getting hungry and knew I didn't want to eat out, so I didn't eat until I got home at 7:30. Then there was all of the home stuff dealing with the little crisis that shouldn't have even been an issue but it was!

I do think I got my water in and I stayed within my calories but I didn't eat the way I should have and it was very stressful....... Argh! Not today. Today is my day and I'm going for my walk, I am cooking a proper dinner, and I am not going to spend my night irritated!

Ok, there it is. What are blogs for anyway!

  Thanks for sharing. Congrats on "letting out" how you were feeling. It will take you one step closer to your goal. Keeping in your frustration will cause even more stress.

    Stress-eating is hard to beat. Good for you for avoiding it! I hope today you can get back to normal!
