My exercise schedule must be totally rearranged this week. I have work activities that preclude all of my usual evening yoga and gym visits.
Sometimes I can practice in the mornings, but I'm exhausted today and will only do my sun salutations that I do every day, 10 minutes or so but at least it's something.
We have gyms at work, so maybe I can get a little cardio or something during the day, but it's time-consuming to shower and fix up mid-day & I have to look presentable for the evening obligations. It'll be crowded at noon...
Maybe I'll just do stair-climbing for 10-15 minutes in the morning and afternoon.
