Yesterday I returned to the trainer after almost 2 months. I was afraid.
She was good and cut things back a level or two from where I was before I got sick. The rep time was less and the weights were less. It worked! I was working hard but could still function.
Each set was 30 seconds and then 15 seconds. Each combined upper and lower body but if lower body move was hard for the 30 seconds then it was "easier" for the 15 second reps.
At the end I did a couple of core exercise and guess what? It didn't put out my back! I was nervous about that.
All-in-all it was a great session!
