So I've been to the gym every day since I signed up on Friday. Last night, I restarted couch to 5k, and then I took a water aerobics class (something new for me!). Anyway, while I was jogging on the treadmill, I had a realization: you know those people at the gym with the beautiful bodies? Well, the reason they have those beautiful bodies is because they're *at the gym!* it was a nice little reminder that I, too, can have a much nicer, stronger, healthier body. I just have to put in the effort.

I'm at the gym every day. My body is improving, but it is a slow process. Keep working at it and you'll get there.
