4) How are you doing day by day?
We so far this week. I been exercising since Sundayday. I also went Friday skipped saturday. I do need to keep this up. I need to keep focused and continue streaking. It is so easy to fall out of good habits but bad habits it seems we hold on to them. Keeping my exercise streak is going to get me to my goal. yeah me.
Today plans on to get to curves.
) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
hmmm now need to keep at it. well the scale helps for I want it to keep going down.
I may post post its of my goal weight. using the free gym helps but only 14 days so need to decide if want to join or not. as being involved in tops and wanting to be example gives me added insentive. I journal my food and exercise and nice to see how much I burn. joining challenges help. also when walking with son it nice to spend quality time with him.
making plans for each day helps.
today I will get to gym I am excited for weigh in day because I will keep at it.
2) How will you do that?
Well good question!
I will make sure gym shoes in car so can go to gym. I am trying out a gym currently. also I do belong to curves. I may join but not sure if I will quit curves depending on money will have to decide. Spring is coming so will drag bike out and also drag son to go for walks. I am thinking of starting a walking club. then jumping on wii or doing a dvd when cant get to outdoors. I may go bowling or swimming at some point. working on getting medical so can get discount too.
I did go for walk to subway and back with son yesterday total 90 minutes

I want to make it a habit to exercise. to make it part of my daily routine.
If I cn do this I will lose weight be at goal and be healthy and fit.
