I think I need to step things up a little bit.
I've been floating around the same weight for a couple of weeks, partly due to bad food choices I know.
My water drinking has got a bit lax. I'm sitting here now thirsty. I got a new water bottle at work and its smaller than the old one. I thought It would help as I'd need to drink 2 a day which would be more water overall but I'm drinking about half a bottle.
I'm going to start walking in the morning again and do the bootcamp videos. Ultimately I want to be in a position where I track my food. But I am working very slowly towards that so as not to scare myself!!
The weather is getting better and the mornings are lighter so walking is becoming an option again :)
OOOo and I haven't used the lift at work or ANY lift since the 30th Jan. Officially its a 2 week spark streak as I started the spark streak mid Feb but I am pleased :) I'm getting good at saying no thanks I'm using the stairs today!
So today's plan of action:
1. DRINK MORE WATER!!!!
2. Walk on my lunch break
3. Go buy some veggies :)
