How am I doing?

The question on the Starfish team for today is
How are you doing day by day?

Doing fine is the short answer.
I get up early get into my workout clothes and get the DVD started or put on my MP3 and get moving.
Do I want to every day? Of course not, I am human and sometimes I want to stay in bed. I have one little thing that I do that ensures I get up, put the alarm far enough away that I have to get out of bed to turn it off. Once up I am awake enough to not go back to sleep so I stay up.
Food intake is doing well and the water is now a habit so I get the 8 + glasses in easily now.
I feel better for doing the exercise and getting exercise before breakfast makes a huge difference to how I feel.
So yes I am pleased with myself. emoticon

    Good for you! Sounds like the time you've taken observing yourself is now paying off. You've learned how to motivate yourself to exercise and eat/drink well. I think you will see results soon. Keep up the good work!
