New habit blog

1) What new habit you wish to develop?
I wish to start an exercise streak and do it every day!

2) How will you do that?
I plan to just start and see what happens :)

3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
I made a calendar and I mark my progres on it. It motivates me to see how far I have gone!

4) How are you doing day by day?
So far so good! juhuuuuu

    Well out lined plan! I like your calendar idea to mark off days! Seeing the marks accumulate can be really encouraging and rewarding. Here's to a year of check marks!! emoticon

    Keep up the great work!
    I started exercise streaks this year & found it to be very helpful for many reasons. Days I missed I was really cranky! I never thought that would happen. I'm loving this streaking!
