1) What new habit you wish to develop?
I wish to start an exercise streak and do it every day!
2) How will you do that?
I plan to just start and see what happens :)
3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
I made a calendar and I mark my progres on it. It motivates me to see how far I have gone!
