Encouraged To Continue My New Habit!

To encourage myself in my new habit, VEGGIES AS MY MAIN DISH & protein as my side dish:

emoticon I'm asking friends to share their favorite veggie recipes
emoticon I'm looking at my plate before I begin to eat to make sure it is full of veggies
emoticon I'm making sure that my fridge is amply stocked with organic veggies

Tonight my son, Chef Tim, invited DH & I over for dinner. It was fabulous:
grilled boneless pork & asparagus
Roasted brussel sprouts, cauliflower, onions

A friend shared a new drink recipe with me: Kale Tea
Finely chop about 3/4 cup of raw kale. Place in mug and pour boiling water on top, then squeeze in some lime. Let steep a couple of minutes and sip on a cold morning. She loves it and I think I will try it soon.

I'm going to see my Health Coach tomorrow. He will go over the results of my lab tests. I only have 3 days of my Anti-inflammatory Diet left, then on to the Detox phase of my program. I had a visual aurora night before lasts. I only having them 30 minutes prior to getting a really bad migraine...however, I went to bed right away (usually can't do that cuz laying horizontally makes the migraine pain much worse) and went to sleep...no migraine pain developed. It was a scare, but ended well. I slept till morning and awoke feeling rested. Yeah! I've been migraine-free since since 2/10/13, the second day of my Anti-inflammatory Diet.
