So I had a couple of weeks that I wasn't tracking and although I didn't gain any, I also didn't lose any. Proving to myself that I MUST diligently track every mouthful and every bit of fitness for weight loss! Live and learn... emoticon

    Good for you that you at least maintained and didn't gain! I've realized that I will have to track too...maybe forever, but I'm willing to if that's what it takes. It's a small price to pay to help keep the weight off.
