Question #3 What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
The whole idea about changing my attitude and thinking and speaking positive thought will require encouraging myself.
I plan to start each day with a positive thought or theme for the day. Then I will use that thought or theme throughout the day to keep positive all day.
Any time I have a negative thought, I will stop it right away and turn it around with a positive thought. I will not entertain any negative thought.
I am also doing daily blogs through the month on how things are going and what I am doing to make changes.
