Keep on moving on!

I originally would snack on cookies, and chips and fattening foods
that were very unhealthy and I gained weight and had to go up 4 sizes in pants!
I am so thankful for finding this website off of a Google search I joined on February 23, 2013 and I started looking at what foods to eat to loose weight but to become healthier at the same time, already knowing that fruits and vegetables are healthy to eat and help loose weight. So I completely cut cookies,chips and other fattening foods out of my diet as the first step to becoming healthier and to reach my goal weight! I keep moving on by starting out the day with
my daily routine of eating fiber,oats, and protein, and for snacks I eat fruits and vegetables, and for meals I eat chicken, ground beef, salmon with freshly made salad. Then I exercise after I eat dinner before I got to bed I do 10 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of crunches and 10 minutes of Pilates because I like a variety for a workout. I get on the scale every morning to see my weight because I want to make sure I don't loose weight then gain that weight I lost back! I believe if you create a daily routine and keep with it it moves you along faster and you are keeping up with a daily routine that you are more likely to reach your goals!

    Welcome! Yes, you need to make your new diet and exercise a life style to be successful. Have you seen the little workout videos here on spark? They are great and good for a 10-15 minute session in the evening! (go to articles and videos, then videos)
