What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
Making my boyfriend buy me fruit! :P But for real, just trying to remember how gross I feel when I eat poorly, and how much better I feel when I make smart choices. I'm trying to be better about using my food tracker consistently so I can see my glasses of water and freggies go up as I eat them. Gotta love the tracker!
