It is Day 4 and I did the Kick Boxing Routine from the cardio blast DVD. This was definitely more challenging than the other videos. I had trouble getting the rhythm with some of the routines but I did not quit. I may not be perfect but no one saw but me. I also did 37 minutes on the Wii.
Watched Biggest Loser Tonight and they stressed challenging yourself. I thought that is one of the biggest factor here at SparkPeople. They are always challenging everyone to do the best they can. Here I am on day 4 of the Streak into Spring Challenge.
They also mentioned setting goals and moving even if it is walking. Again this is one of the foundation here.
I have a new goal and that is to be in the best shape that I can be by the fall as my son is getting married. I want to extend this streak so by the end of October I will have done 245 days of exercising.
Everyone here at spark is the fitness fairy because we all want everyone to succeed. I want to thank everyone that has commented on my blogs for your motivation for me to continue and reach my goals.
