Stress at work - stress relief with weights

It is so true that exercise reduces stress. At the end of the day I had something at work happen that created a tremendous amount of stress. Even though it got resolved after a couple extra hours at the office, the chemicals still flow through your system. After lifting weights tonight I can tell I feel back to normal. Bring on another day.
