changing a habit, day four

Today's question is how are we doing day by day... and much to my great surprise, I'm doing really well with slowing down my eating. Not sure if that's because of the blogging itself, or the feeling that I'm accountable to the team, or whether I just want that reward so bad at the end of the week. :) But whatever it is, I'm glad for the improvement and hope it continues!

    Whatever it is at the start doesn't matter...maybe a little of all of those you cited...but once we make the habit stick it won't matter really....it's all about getting it done. You seem to be really making it happen emoticon
