3) What am I doing to encourage myself and keep on track?

I know that identification of the habit to change is the easy part. Finding an alternative that I can and will use for long enough to make it a habit is the hard part.
Well, to decrease unhealthy snacks, especially Poison Chips, a.k.a., Sour Cream and Onion Pringles, I will
1. Make sure there is cool water nearby at all times. For me, thirst sets me up for cravings.
2. Have a variety of snacks available at home and at work.
3. Keep to a regular schedule so that I eat something every 3-4 hours. If there is too much time between meals/snacks, the Craving Beast awakens.
