For the 5% challenge we are to blog each day and answer a question on how we are doing in forming a new habit. Today's question -- 3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track? -- I think about this challenge and my goals. I like to help out my team and I like to see the
emoticon next to my daily goals.
Today went well. I stayed on track both nutritionally and exercised in the morning and went to the gym in the evening.
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...remind myself of what my weight loss goal is for this week and ask if eating it would help me reach my goal.
