Staying in the Race...Charting My Course

It's been a long time since I've log on to my page... But I must say, although I have not been tracking my progress the last 4 months I've hit the GYM faithfully and finding new ways to amp up my work outs... I complete a daily 10 K walk (31/2 miles on the treadmill) 5-6 days per week with 90 minute sessions everyday... Sometimes I join my company's employee exercise group with the " Rockin Body DVD" 2x a week in the evenings... Few people have noticed that I am shrinking (Uhhhh!) but I've only lost 3 pounds, I don't like weighing myself very much because of the feeling of discouragement... Yet, what keeps me motivated is the fact that my job to consistently meet my daily goals regardless of the slow progress at times..
So from this day forward I will be Staying in the Race and CHARTING My Course on my page as I continue to journey toward success... To be honest I gained more health benefits from my walking program such as mental clarity, I am more peaceful, energized and feel great!
I can't hardly WEIGHT (lol) for my size 8 body... That vision keeps me going like the energize bunny..
