I've decided to start writing short daily blogs just to keep me accountable. I just wrote a detailed blog post [

ble.html ] about my current shortcomings and needing help to get them in check. Basically, for those who don't want to click over, I need to work on portion control and actually getting out of bed in the mornings on time so I can do my scheduled morning runs. These daily blog posts will serve to answer these two questions: Did I stick to proper portions and stop eating when I should? And did I go do my morning run before work, if scheduled? That's all. These questions will change as I conquer these and move onto other obstacles but I think I'll always have something to improve on.
Monday, 3/4/13:
Did I stick to proper portions? No, I once again ate too much ice cream [at least it's all gone now?] and too much for dinner.
Did I go for a morning run before work? No, I did not. It was "loosely scheduled", meaning I wanted to get in an extra run today but it wasn't on my training plan. Tomorrow's run is, though.
And now I shall head to bed, so I will have no excuse to not get up for my run tomorrow morning!
