I am joining challenges that make me answer to myself and SPARKPEOPLE, for instance they have several challenges that help you complete your daily goals... Motivational Challenges, Challenges that ask you if you did a specific kind of exercise, ex: Leslie Samsone's Walk Away the Pounds, another one is the Cooking Challenge, etc. they help me keep on tract and I enjoy the loyalty I have to give to myself. Other wise why click on a goal when you don' t do it? They are here for us to use it is counter productive to do anything but complete them or don't click on them , right ?? WTG Glad more SPARKPEOPLESISTERS AND BRO's are keeping on track!! emoticon
