3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
- I'm writing my blogs every day this week.
- It gives me an excuse to play with my new ipad and explore meditation options
- I made a list of the reasons why I am meditating
1. I know it improves blood flow in my brain
2. When I meditate consistently it improves my mood
3. tI will help me reach and maintain my weight loss goals
4. I sleep better when I meditate
5. My chronic pain improves
