30 Day Shred - Day 3

Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!

I read some other blogs about the Shred, so I knew today was going to be tough. It totally was. I battled the comfy bed and mocking exercise clothes again and dragged my tired, sore butt to my living room and started the video this morning. I was super sore and tight from the past 2 days, so it was much harder than yesterday. I survived though. I didn't quite yell at Anita to jump through the screen to save me from impending death, but it was no picnic. I had a full day of class today so sitting all day just mad my poor legs ache, however I can't believe how focused and energetic I was most of the day. I normally am dragging by the end of my second class, but I dove right into work during my break until my 5-8:30 class started. It wasn't until around 8 that I started losing it, and I think it was because I needed some fuel. Amazing how just 3 days of this can totally change my energy level. Lately, I've been in a slump, so lethargic and having difficulty focusing, this really helped!

  I just finished my Day 2 of 30 day shred and I am glad I read your warning about day 3. It will help me just push through it. Keep up the posts!
