How will I encourage myself to maintain my new habit -- I will track my food. I haven't been doing that much lately and I KNOW that this is a very important step to being successful!
I will not have any more pity parties because I have come this far and I know what to do and I know that I can do it.
I will ask for help or encouragement if I need it. We are a team, after all, and we are here to help each other as well as ourselves.
I would ask that anyone who notices that I am not doing all I can do in the tracking area, to remind me and give me a push, kick or whatever it is I need.
