Gym:: Arms and abs

Tonights Barre3 Lineup::

Studio Shape: Yoga Flow and Core
Studio Shape: Core & stretch
Lunch Hour: Core & Meditation

Followed up with some yoga just to loosen up my muscles they've been pretty tight since yesterdays walk.
