Team Blog Week 2 - CATS

I had a tough time getting back to exercising after a busy week. I took too much time off from strength exercises, so I wasn't feeling very good tonight. I managed to get a revised shorter workout done. Now I'm a little tired and planning on going to bed early and do some reading. I need to get back to going to bed so I don't give in to night time eating.
I hope the sun shines tomorrow and I can get an exercise dvd completed early. That will improve my mood.
