Day 3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
(The habit I am working on is finding alternatives to emotional eating.)

Encouraging myself has always been tough for me. I can cheer on everybody else but when it comes to me I tend to be critical. So I am working with positive affirmations, using my journal to vent and encourage myself as well as drawing inspiration from my Sparkfriends and team mates.
