Blog Number 3 for Winter 2013 5% Challenge

Monday, March 04, 2013

Today for the challenge I need to answer the question of what am I doing to encourage myself to stay on track. Well, I kind of answered that question yesterday. I plan to keep planning healthy meals and sticking to the plan. When I have a choice I have to make the good and right choice. I know by health and body with thank me later.

Start small and keep on progressing :D
If one day you sidetrack, no worry as you still can jump back on track - it's when you give up that you will stir all the way to Defeatland!

Making the good choice is a great step in the right direction, I did that today on whether to buy my favourite chocolate or not (Haven't had one in 6 weeks), said no to myself

You can do it! Kisakatt has some good questions. Plans are in place, so look ahead to when those plans go haywire. Plan to get back on your horse! :-)

This is a great start, but what will you do if you make a bad choice? How will you recover? I only ask this because we can't all make good choices every time and we need to plan for it, so what's your encouragement when you don't want to make the healthy choice? Great goal!!

If you stick with your plan and continue planning healthy meals, your body WILL thank you later! You can do it!
