new habit - walk first thing in the morning, 30 minutes/2km
What did I do? How are you doing day by day?
-went to bed at 9:30
-clothes laid out night before
-runners at front door
-set the bar low for Day 1 - get up earlier and walk around the block
What are you doing to encourage yourself and to keep on track?
-wear my Fitbit
-motivated hubby to do it with me
-remember 'those who are happiest are physically fit and had active lifestyles'
What can you improve upon?
There was confusion about how much time we had to walk. I laid awake waiting for hubby to get up, then I got up and he did too. I will get up when I wake and get dressed right away.
When I returned from the walk, I made breakfast and eased into the day. Getting up earlier will change my whole day.
