Week 8 TF Completed

Well, I completed another week of TF/Treadmill rotation.
I worked out 4 days this week in addition to working on my workout room all weekend. Hubby is hoping it'll be done by the end of the week!!!
I have gotten myself running faster than I've ever ran before on my treadmill! I used to run at a 5 and I'm running anywhere between a 5.35-7!! I'm currently doing a rotation where I run 3 days a week. Last week, I warmed up 5 minutes, and ran 60 seconds, walked 90 seconds rotating continuously and having a cool down for the final 5 minutes. I ran my fastest average!! I usually run around a 15 minute mile and I was down to a 12 minute mile!! I'm so proud of myself! This week, I'm completing my 2nd week rotation where I warm up for 5 minutes, run 90 seconds, and walk 2 minutes, repeating and ending with a 5 minute cool down.
I took my measurements and was down 2.8 pounds this month, and 1.5 inches.
I'm hoping to have even better results for the next 4 weeks!!
