10-minutes a day

Although I've been fairly good at exercising - 4-5 times a week with friends (jazzercise, body-sculp, and walking) a new habit (or better habit) I want to develop is to do at least 10 minutes a day.

Sparkpeople has those short videos to do and I'm going to start using them on days I don't do other exercise, so I have a daily habit!
