Challenge Blog - New Habit #1 Part #3

Today it is hard to say what I do to encourage myself to make this new habit a regular habit. I love to eat and I know that in order to develop my new habit of Self Control I need to track what I eat and make sure I stay in my range. If I can get myself to stay within my calorie goals, then I can work on reducing the amount of foods I eat that I shouldn't. This is really hard to say how I encourage myself other than to say the reward will be the weight loss!

    The logging really helps. What amazes me is that when you change your binges (from Oreos to whole grain crackers and laughing cow 35 calorie cheese) you find your tracking actually rewards you. With positive feedback. emoticon
