Challenge Blog - New Habit #1 Part #3

Today it is hard to say what I do to encourage myself to make this new habit a regular habit. I love to eat and I know that in order to develop my new habit of Self Control I need to track what I eat and make sure I stay in my range. If I can get myself to stay within my calorie goals, then I can work on reducing the amount of foods I eat that I shouldn't. This is really hard to say how I encourage myself other than to say the reward will be the weight loss!
