It was one of THOSE days. Family drama going on. Can't start my new job yet because my background check hasn't gotten back as yet. Things going on that I'm frustrated that I can't just FIX.
Had a healthy breakfast and thought about unhealthy foods.
Cleaned house, considered going to town and getting chocolate and potato chips.
Wanted Diet Dr. Pepper and forced down water.
By midafternoon, I was pretty sure I was going to make a trip to town, and throw everything to the wind and hit a fast food restaurant.
I worked out, drank more water, had some tea with Stevia in it. Stuck to my heart healthy meal plan for the day, and did some research online.
It was still a crappy day. BUT. I didn't give in to the crap and the automatic desire to do myself in by giving up on my goals. So it might have been a crappy day, but in the end, I was good to me by respecting myself and turning down self-sabotage.
