Blog #3: Talking Down

Monday, March 04, 2013

Today started off well but went downhill quickly after 4:00. (Not for me; my nutrition was fine, healthy meals and snacks, just didn't have a chance to get my workout in.) No, the bad day was due to a mini-breakdown from DH. I had to spend a few hours talking down another near nervous breakdown. Sorry to get personal, but this is my venting blog sometimes. I have to be strong for him, so I don't get a chance to say any of this out loud.

Anyway, let's hope for a better day tomorrow. Prayers and perseverance.

Hang in there and I hope that they were finally able to get some answers for you both along with a diagnosis and treatment. :)

I'm sorry about this. I'm glad you kept your food under control under the circumstances. I think about you and your husband all the time.

Life happens and you have to know how to deal with it. I'm glad you are staying on track. Keep up the good work.

I'll be thinking about you and hoping things will be better tomorrow. In the meantime, you still accomplished a lot today and I really admire you for that.

Just keep it real. Your commitment to your DH comes before anyone else. You have to take care of your 'heart'. May tomorrow be a better day for both of you.

Hugs to you both! Is he sliding backwards again or holding his own? Hope tomorrow is a better day!
