Ok, moving today was half what I did yesterday, but still double what I had been doing before, so it's still a win. I'm going to have to do some walking in front of the TV tonight to get it up to 5000, but that's ok. I substituted today, and was on my feet most of the day and that is another win!
I'm wearing my FitBit and am happy that I'm doing so much more than I was. I'll do some more walking at lunch if I sub tomorrow. If not, I plan on doing some walking to the park and neighborhood walking. I'm also tracking my steps each day to keep me on track.
I'm excited about this new habit, and I've been picking up some good things to incorporate into my program from other Daisies working on new habits!
