Made it thru 2 days and doing good. I am going to make one small addition to the Scarsdale diet plan and that is add a hard boiled egg with breakfast. I've been doing some research and a lot of sites recommend having a bit of protein with each meal. Also the calories on the diet are quite low so I think it will be okay. Will know on weigh in day.
