Today I dropped my kids off at the daycare at the gym and went to meet my personal trainer. He was awesome! Since we were just going over goals, equipment, and health concerns I did a lot of different things but not an actual workout. I did the treadmill, recumbant bike, elliptical, and some strength training. So all of that lasted about an hour. After that I picked up the kids from the daycare and we swam for 30 minutes. All in all I would call this an AWESOME day!
