What am I doing to encourage myself and keep on track - with my new habit - low carbs?

I am weighing myself in the morning if I feel thin...and it has increased my motivation. I am buying lots of protein - whole roasted chicken, smoked turkey, fat free cheese, etc. So when I open my frig I see lots of choices...

    You are right on track!! It's good to know that when you open that fridge you have good choices to choose from...that means you won't eat junk!! :-) Keep it up!!

    Don't give up carbs, just limit them to good carbs. You can do it! Use those veggies, and fruits for carbs, and only small amounts of grains and only whole grain! You're doing great!!!!
