I think for encouragement I need to see some progress, so Iím journalling every morning. I imagine that just seeing the difference will help to encourage me to keep to developing better sleep habits. Iím also tracking my sleep to find out if I wake up at certain times, or at certain noises, etc. Finally, I look forward to trying the aqua yoga this week-end (I can only go on the week-end). It will be kind of a reward for me!
