one step forward two steps back

I've been exercising consistently for the last few weeks but had a run in with girl scout cookies over the last two days. They are definately a trigger food for me. I hear Thin Mint cookies calling my name
. I normally don't eat cookies that often, thank goodness they only sell them once a year. They do have an option to donate the cookies to the troops that makes it easier to support the girl scouts without actually getting the cookies. I will have to try that next time or only order one box.
