Went over today

I call myself adding something different to my diet. I went over. I brought some raisin bread and wheat mini bagels. I do believe that was a mistake. I will have to let that go for now. Tomorrow is going to be a better day. Happy Monday all.

    Good insight and awareness, and good plans to make healthier choices for the future. I buy low calorie things in serving size packages or divide it into serving sizes to help me stay within healthy limits, and i take fruit with me- cut up ready to eat, the more i can plan ahead for healthier eating the better chance i have of sticking to my limits and staying healthy.

    I did a similar thing only with cinnamon raisin english muffins with some peanut butter. The good thing about raisin bread and wheat mini bagels is that they can easily be used as breakfast food and then you can adjust the calories for the rest of the day accordingly. Don't deny yourself the things you like, Enjoy! One day of going over isn't going to hurt much.

    I went over yesterday and it was also wheat based carbs that did me in. These things happen. Next time, we'll be more mindful! emoticon

    Have them in moderation with other healthy foods and you'll be fine. Learn from it and move on. : )
