Bloggin Challenge Day 3

Monday, March 04, 2013

Motivation for mindful eating.

Be more thankful for my meals.
Pay more attention to my bodies cues so I know when I am sated, instead of just eating everything on my plate/in the pan etc.
Spend more quality time with my family and stay focused on people I love.

Today has been an awesome eating day. I got six servings of freggies!

Those habits/goals work well together, better than just one alone! Great!

I liked what you wrote. I did have a good day, but I know it won't always be that way, and if I adopt the mindfulness habit that you are using, it should help more long-term. It is a habit to make, not to break, and I like that too.

I have found since I have cut down on sweets the last two months now when I do have a small goodie it tastes so GOOD! You are right, appreciate and be thankful for our meals... I like that.
