Motivation for mindful eating.
Be more thankful for my meals.
Pay more attention to my bodies cues so I know when I am sated, instead of just eating everything on my plate/in the pan etc.
Spend more quality time with my family and stay focused on people I love.
Today has been an awesome eating day. I got six servings of freggies!
